Building Strong Futures, Inc. is honored to host our 9th Annual Fundraising Gala on Saturday, September 19, 2026, an unforgettable Black-Tie celebration recognizing excellence in service and leadership.
This year's inspiring theme, "The Future We Build: Rooted in Legacy, United in Purpose, Rising Forward," reflects our commitment to honoring those whose vision, sacrifice, and leadership continue to strengthen our community while inspiring future generations. In tribute to this legacy, this year's awards continue to be named after distinguished trailblazers whose lives exemplify courage, perseverance, and transformational leadership.

Please Note: Self-nominations are permitted unless otherwise noted by the award criteria. Incomplete nominations or those without a written explanation will not be considered. Nominations will be reviewed by the Building Strong Futures Awards Selection Committee. Selected honorees will be notified prior to the gala.

“We are truly humbled and honored to be recognized by the Newton County Chamber of Commerce for the work Building Strong Futures has been doing in our community.
For the past few years, our mission has been centered on exposing students to college campuses—giving them the opportunity to see, experience, and imagine what college life could look like for them. To have those efforts acknowledged with such a prestigious award is both humbling and encouraging.
This recognition only strengthens our commitment. We will continue to do the work—pouring into our students, supporting their dreams, and serving our community with purpose and heart.

All proceeds will go towards funding for the program, which helps cover costs for students to participate in the program and provide book scholarships to B.S.F seniors who plan to enroll in college.
